Suggested Use: Eat 1 to 2 cakes per day with plenty of water.

Put the cake powder from 1 package into a 250ml (8.5 ounces) or larger microwave-safe cup. Pour in exactly 60ml (2 ounces) of water or milk and stir well. Cook in a microwave.
Cooking times: 500-watt microwave » 2 minutes, 1200-watt microwave » 1 minute. Be sure to adjust the cooking time to the microwave you are using.
